Chairman Theisen called the meeting of the Town Board to order at 6:00 pm.  Supervisor Poehler was excused.

Open Meeting Compliance. The meeting agenda was posted on the Town of Springville’s announcement board and the Town of Springville website.

Approve Agenda. Motion made by VanBeek to approve agenda. Second by Theisen. All were in favor. M/C, by voice vote.

Financial Report. The financial report of income/expense budgetary was provided and reviewed by the Town Board for the date ending 2.28.2025. Ending balances: General Account $150,391.27; Road Account $127,451.17; and Contingency Account $137,251.22.

Public Comment: Comments about trees and signs down on town roads

1. Dells Camping Resort Reserve Class B license was tabled

Fire District Update: Voted to sell ladder truck at last meeting

Disbursements.The motion was made by VanBeek with a second by Theisen to approve disbursements 1-9 for March, 2025. All were in favor. M/C, by voice vote.

Set the next meeting date. The next monthly meeting will be Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, at 6:00 pm.
